We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Payment Gateway or Technical errors in case of being charged twice for the same purchase due to payment gateway error, technical error from the bank, or a website mechanism error a refund process is initiated. This is an occasional occurrence in all e-commerce situations. The money is returned within 5 to 7 working days of the notification of error.
